贵国Library的核心任务

在贵国现阶段GFW高墙林立的阶段，作为信息服务的主体部门之一的Library核心任务就是协助人们翻墙。
早在IFLA的IFLA/UNESCO Internet Manifesto中就已经明确指出：
Freedom of access to information, regardless of medium and frontiers, is a central responsibility of the library and information profession.
Libraries should ensure that access to information on the Internet is available to all,regardless of age, race, nationality, religion, culture, political affiliation, physical or mental disability, gender or sexual orientation.
Libraries should strive to offer users the best possible technology to access the Internet.
It should be recognised that the use of filtering software on public access terminals is a clear obstruction of users’ freedom of access to online information
因此，他们所做的工作才应该是贵国Library应该做的工作。其实贵国的Librarian不去占领这个阵地，别人也要去的。
IFLA的宣言真是Library领域拆墙的宣言啊。可惜了了。
在Windows中运用标签（Tag）来进行信息组织

标签（tag）是Web2.0下的一个重要概念，基于tag的信息组织方式最有名的就是产生了以delicious为代表的网络收藏夹，并由此产生了一个专业名称：folksnomy（分众分类），从此以后，在传统的由专家支配的等级体系分类的江湖上，由草根网民支配的分类体系得以普及。
在Windows的OS中，长期以来占据绝对优势的是分类管理，即从硬盘分区开始到每一个文件夹的建立，都要按照自己的工作和生活需要，分为大大小小、多个层级的等级文件夹，建立相应的文件保存架构。然而，伴随着Windows7的问世，在这一得到很好口碑的新一代OS中的一个新的信息组织方式－－库（Library），也开始引起人们的注意。TonyXiang的《资源管理的革命》一文更是引发了很多人的热议，标志着windows平台上新型的信息组织方式正在挑战着人们的习惯。不过就Library的核心而言，仍本质上就是一种基于tag的信息组织方式，只不过Windows7在各类信息的tag添加上还没有达到完全自由的境界，而仅仅是具备了基于tag的信息组织的雏形。
Win7的库还有不足，那我们如何在Windows平台上如何用tag来组织信息呢？其实没有啥，找到合适的工具就是啦。
在windows环境下，目前有两个不错的基于tag的信息组织工具：TaggedForg和Tag2find。两个都是免费软件，都支持Windows7。不过有点遗憾的是都不支持64位的操作系统。（唉，windows7出来后64位应该大行其道了，这两个家伙也该与时俱进嘛。有人已经表达了意愿，不过Tag2find的开发者的理由居然是自己没有64位的系统，呵呵，他肯定没有买windows7的正版，因为正版里都有两张DVD呢，一个32bit的，一个64bit的。）
就选择来说：
TaggedForg简单，（不过在使用过程中好像有点卡，偶的机器配置应该算高的啦）
Tag2find高档。
各取所需吧。使用其实蛮简单的，就像所有的工具使用一样：无它，唯手熟尔。
